High Speed Frame Rates
I was wondering if it’s possible to create a custom capture preset to allow final cut to capture at higher frame rates than my HVX200 is capable of? (hvx200 to ajaIO direct into final cut) Haven’t seen this achieved anywhere… just wondering if anyone had written a custom script or attempted anything like this. thanks.

The camera controls the frame rate, not the capture device.

Hi Matthew,
You would need a very powerful device able to create the in-between pictures in RT.
System that transcode from PAL to NTSC are able to do that, but other than this I don’t see the utility.
