Hiding icons for Lights

Hi Mark, the only way I know of doing it is ctrl+shift+H – but be aware that it turns off layer controls for all layers (bounding boxes etc.)

Ah. That worked. Didn’t last night. For what I’m doing that works fine as it’s a project using LUX . Not able to find that key shortcut listed anywhere so I better make a note of it.

This is not quite what you’re asking for, but it might be relevant to you. If you’re working with spotlights, you do have the ability to control the display of the spotlight wireframe. With your viewer panel active, go to View > View Options (Ctrl+Alt+U on Windows, Cmd+Alt+U on Mac) and set Spotlight Wireframes to either “Off” or “When Selected.”
