Hidden After Effects Glitch
Hi, When I have After Effects hidden (control + command + H) and go to another app like Firefox, The OS won’t seem to let me “un-hide” after effects when i try to go back to it. It instead shows me “Firefox” on the top bar when I click on The After Effects Icon on the tool bar at the bottom. This happens when i quit all other apps.
I then have to force quit After Effects to be able to open it. When I do this the icon is normal and not red (not responding). I’ve tried to open it back up by clicking on the project file and by right clicking a n image and saying “open with after effects,” so what’s the deal?
This is seriously irritating.

Have you downloaded and installed the 7.0.1 update? If not, do so.
