Share works for me except when I check the box “Make DVD” (under DVD). If I do not check the box then it makes the DVD assets fine and shoves them in the designated folder. I would really like to be able to set this up so it will actually burn the DVD as it seems to suggest.
Yes I do know the other many ways of making a DVD but I want this advertised feature to work as I have paid for it to work.
I have many labs of video edit workstations and this would be the ideal near idiot proof way for my students to make their first DVD.

Also I did have to fiddle loads with the qmaster prefs. Not sure if these are all ok?

I don’t actually want to network render a 3 minute SD DVD in a mega processing cluster. The error I get when I check “Make DVD” is:-

If I am missing something please tell me! BTW this works great in iDVD! Geeesh……….

OK 10.6.6 update has fixed my bug. It took about 7 minutes to burn a 6 second clip of DV Pal straight from FCP 7.

So I eat my words. And pictures.

Did the update cure the wild drive sizing error? You know, when you look at a 200 gig volume and it reports the volume as 221.87 gig. Snow Leopard has never reported this correctly.
