    I’m working on a longform video in which that is a crap load off footage. I have set one of my bins to script view so that I can take notes easaily beside the clips poster frame.. How the heck do I change the poster frame to another take/shot?

    Click on the frame and press the L key for Play. You won’t see the picture moving but when you hit K or pause it will update to the current frame.
