Ok so I am super confused. You know how if you have a video..lets say it is 1920X1080…and you compress it for the web…lets say down to 640X360…you end up keeping the same aspect ratio 16X9. If you were to mess up when enetering the size of the compressed file…lets say 650X350 it would take a lot longer to compress…..so if i am trying to compress HDV 1440X1080..should i be compressing to a file that has a 16×9 ratio like 640×360 or should i be compressing my web file to some other wacky ratio? I know it has to do with wide pixels and stuff…but come on….this crap is confusing.
