Herbie (Lindsey Lohan) Movie Poster?
Does any have an idea of the styles and/or techniques used to create the new movie “Herbie” starring Lindsey Lohan. I’ve been searching for tutorials or resources that could help me out with this technique. I’ve also seen graphic video reels with the same techniques used. Thanks for the help.

You could try posterize (Image>Adjustment> Posterize)
I have a feeling this was traced from a Photo, then finished up in Illustrator
