  • HELP…export issues and then some!

    Hi All,
I am having a major problem dropping a program via firewire to a DSR-11 (to DV CAM). I have done this a zillion times before with no issues on a program almost identical to the one I’m trying to drop now.

    The Problem…
I print to video and it starts out fine and then somewhere in the middle (although it has NOT been the same spot all 7 attempts to drop)it freezes…then it stutters and moves on, but all the video afterwards does not have any audio (and obviously I have a nice freeze frame in the middle of my show).

I have tried nesting the program, re-cutting the program, changing transitions, making a QT to drop from…I am at my wits end b/c this was supposed to go for replication two weeks ago.

I welcome all suggestions and thanks in advance for your help.

Is the original file(s) corrupt? Can you play it in QT?

Usually when I see this in Premiere it is a source file corruption issue or a project file corruption issue.

If you export one of the corrupt sections does it come out all right?

The other times I’ve seen this is when my hard drive is too full but it usually does not have the missing audio component.

Can you copy the project file to another drive and re-open it?

    Good luck.
