  Help with track in motion

  I have a project with two different angles filmed from the inside of a car, one camera where you face forward seeing the driver etc and one camera throught the rear window.

  I want to mask the footage through the rear window and place it in the rear mirror in the first shot and I want the rear film to follow the shakes and movement that the mirror makes.

  How would I do this, I have not used this feature before and I am on AE 6.5 pro on the Mac.
