  HELP: with tempo to video

  Hello Everyone!

  first I just wanted to thank you for all any any help!

  okay here is the problem I am running in. I have to create a video to music that has an 88 tempo bpm. the problem I am running into is that I cannot seem to line up exactly to that beat. I either have to go a frame before or a frame after. so its not exact. is there a way I can line up exactly to the 88 bpm?

  I have to use 30.00 fps, and I have to line up to the 88 tempo bpm. so am I just missing something? or not thinking of something? OR even OVER thinking it?
