Help with replication of an effect
So, more or less, I need a guidance regarding replicating a particular effect I like.
In this trailer for Netflix’s “Mortel”, at 1:34, when title pops up, there’s a liquify-kind-of effect or something similar.
How to approach, replicating it or how is this called, in order to find more info online?

I think you could either a Roughen Edges with a Turbulent Displace or possibly, CC Hair with Turbuluent Displace.
