  help to put an effect filter…

  I have edited a movie in Premiere Pro and want’s now to apply some film damage in after effects. I’ve got hold of the “chinlook” plugin. and wants to apply it on my movie.
  I have imported my premiere file into Aftereffects.
  But how do I prewiev the entire movie smoothly.
  and how du I render my effect when I’ve applied it?

  I work with after effect 6.5
