HELP PLEASE When I do time remapping the video is verry choppy and laggy HELP
Title. It is extremely laggy and I have blending on. I am a noob at Adobe premiere so please use easy terms. Thanks a lot

It is likely that your hardware is inadequate to create a real time preview without dropping frames. The red line above your footage in the timeline is an indicator….turn it green and create new preview files by pressing Enter key with the Sequence window active.
