Help on doing introductions just like this example
I usually follow this persons tutorials on you tube but he says that he will be out for 2 weeks. So I figured maybe someone can explain to me how he made the introductions on this clip that he made. I think it is an awesome video. Thank you in advanced. Im thinking he might have used after effects for it as well.

nothing in there that couldn’t be done in vegas……..
used masking, pan-cropping, track motion, blend modes etc.
which part you puzzled by, specifically?

Starting at :17 where they start introductions. So Im assuming they use a photo and a video correct? Thank you in advanced.

could be a photo + video, but to make it easier for you, have a look at this excellent vegas tutorial from Digital Juice, where the exact technique of doing it all from video is clearly explained
