    Help: Move project from FCP to Avid Adrenaline to DigiBeta

    Hi all,
    I’m currently working on a film project on final Cut Pro, and would like to make a Master on Digibeta. At school, There is an Avid Adrenaline system hooked up to a DigiBeta deck. What is the most efficient and lossless way to take my FCP project and put it in the avid so I can make that Master.
