I am having slight, but noticeable luminance bumps at the head of a sony push or wipe effect. This is from a photoshop graphic to a DV video clip. Neither scopes out as illegal although it seems to be more noticeable if the video clip has more contrast. I have tried converting the layered Pshop file to flattened, png via timeline..all giving the same result.
Do others see this type of thing?
I don’t see it on dissolves.

Try rendering the graphic as a DV clip with enough frames
for you to use. Then when you place it on the timeline
you wont get that luma bump. The bump is caused by
the conversion in color space (I figure) once you
take that out of the picture you should be OK.
JUST a guess… Its that or a bug and you might need to
    use a different transition.
If you are in Vegas 8 you can look for a wipe that works
    in 32 bit color.
