HELP! Import Avid Media Files (DV-PAL) to Premiere Pro CS4
I suddenly need to finish an editing project, that was begun editing in AVID MEDIA COMPOSER.
Because I have no experience in working with AVID, I want to continue in PREMIERE PRO CS4.Is there any possibility to import the Avid Media Files to Premiere?
The Material is DV-PAL. It’s almost 60 hours so I don’t want to capture it again. And I need the original timecodes from the tapes (as AVID put it into the files).
I don’t need the edited sequences so badly, because there wasn’t much editing yet. There are just existing a lot of lists with timecodes…
Help… pleeease!

the video explaining is great.
but it doest refer to exporting files that were captured as omf files.
can premiere import omf’s? or only mxf?
