HELP-How to achieve this EFFECT?
Hi All,
Thanks in advance for anyone that’s gonna help with this.
I am not expert, but like to play around with photo editing.
I am trying to transform a normal photo into this edited photo, which you can see that the theme of the colour is greenish, yet the skin and the lips dont relly effected, still preserve the colour very well. Overall, it gives a colour combination of Green and Yellow which make it kind of dramatic and nice. Just cant figure out how to do that.

Your image link is not working. I would suggest adjusting curves (individual color channels) until you get the look you’re after. CTRL-M or APPLE-M.

You can color correct toward the green stylized image using an adjustment layer (or a few adjustment layers if necessary) and then paint with a feathered black brush in the adjustment layer masks to reduce the impact of the adjustment layers.
I would also recommend using a reduced Flow on the brush (I often use 3-10%) so that you can more easily zero in on the amount of adjustment you’d like.
