  • HELP! FCP7 Prokit Update has killed Color Corrector

Posted by Eric Fritch on March 9, 2010 at 5:08 pm

Updated FCP7 with the new Prokit update that was just made available. Now the color corrector filters just disappear after I apply them, to a clip then try to adjust the filter. Need to online and color correct ASAP. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix?? Any help is highly needed and highly appreciated.

Can you post a screen shot? And just for yucks and giggles, what computer are you running this on? Version of OS and QT?

Seems to work fine here. Have you trashed prefs yet?

Are you just using Color Corrector not 3way? Any other effects disappear?

Turns out it was only one specific clip that this issue was happening with. All other clips in the sequence seem to work fine. No clue as to why this was happening with just the one clip. Very odd, but everything else seems ok now.

Try re-importing the clip or cloning it.
