HELP! Display not starting up!
Hey,
I need some urgent help – I’ve just relocated premises and plugged in my G5 mac and started it up – alas I had forgotten to plug my displays in. I didn’t think it would be a problem, but when I plugged them in they didn’t start up. I tried using just the primary display and that didn’t work either. What happens at the moment is the screen turns on, the time indicator under the apple animates, and then the screen powers down. If I hold shift I can start the computer in safe mode and get in and adjust the displays, however when I restart the computer I have the same problem. Any ideas?? I have an urgent project to get out tonight and really can’t afford to re-install the OS!!

Don’t worry I figured it out myself – I jiggled the cards around (graphics and memory cards) and all seems to be working fine now (?)!!
