Help creating a bad picture effect?
Hey i’m new here and i’ve been searching day and night on the web for a tutorial for this sort of effect, thing is i’m not sure what it’s exactly called so I was wondering if anyone here could help me. What I want to create is an effect that can be seen used here:

Nope, it’s not a case of a bad video it’s the actual effect used on the titles (see 0.6 secs) and I need to know how to get that bad signal effect.

Digieffects Damage will do exactly what you want but you need After Effects or Boris RED as a host. It does not plug directly into Vegas (it’s an AE plug-in). You might be able to fake something like it with the Pixelate and Sepia FX (make the Sepia a bright green) for just a few frames at a time.
