I just upgraded to Photoshop Elements 4.0 from ver. 2.0. I understand whenever there is a version change, not all things are the same. However, I cannot seem to find the option to resize an image by pixel size.

I go to Image>resize>image size…when I get there, I can only resize the image size by inches, percentage, cm, mm, points, and picas. With version 2.0, I could resize an image to the EXACT pixel size.

Maybe there are changes that I don’t know about when it comes to resizing by pixels. Can somebody help???? Thanks in advance. Rob

It’s there, you’re just not looking in quite the right spot.

At the top of the Image Size dialog, you can enter pixel values in the Pixel Dimensions box. Note that the Resample Image checkbox at the bottom needs to be on for that to work.

(The Document Size only represents the size the image will print at, and is therefore only a relative number.)
