I made some shot movies by AE, and transformed them into .swf to decorate my web pages,but the size is too big for the web,what’s the best way to fix it? thx~~~~`

if you’re using actual full motion video, you might have better results by exporting to flash video (.flv),
after that you’ll have to embed those flash videos into a flash movie (swf), for that you’ll need some flash knowledge, best to ask in the flash forum.
