We’re having problems outputting directly from the camera to FCP. Everything is coming in at 60P when we shot most of the stuff at 24P (all 720). Is this an issue where the DVCPro Out of the camera is only 60P?

    Thanks

The camera records at 720p/59.94 no matter what frame rate you set it to. (24, 30 or 60) The camera does the 24 to 60 pulldown internally when it records. I’m not sure how you do the extraction if you are editing using a film 24fps timeline. Maybe someone else can chime in.
