  hdw700 & hd1500

  Hi All,

  Having a few issues with the audio (and picture) when using the HD1500 to downconvert to SD.

  We are shooting HD but need to use the footage SD in our workflow. We use the HD1500 with the SD downconvert.

  Generally it works, but sometimes the picture gets a little buzzy, anti-aliasing maybe? I am sure there is a setting on the deck to cure that?

  The audio also seems really tiny, and clipped compared to our digi-betas. Has anyone got any idea about the settings on the 700? I noticed that AGC was set to -6db and the headphone output set to mono (which might explain why the audio guy missed it on the shoot?)

  Any ideas would be much appreciated!
