HDV Subclip 2
Hello all
I’ve been trying to find a solution to automatic subclipping on capture of HDV rushes.
I would like to be able to capture entire rolls without subclips being generated at scene changes. It has been pointed out to me by one forum user that there is a setting in the log and capture window. I have tried disabling this but it is still subclipping.
This is occurring on footage that does not appear to have discernible timecode breaks on scene changes.
I am using the Sony M10 with FCP 5.0.4Any takers?

Go into Preferences, look on the screen and change the drop down that say “Make New Clip” to “Warn After Capture”. That will stop that annoying problem.
