  HDV shows as white frame

  HDV footage that was captured in PPro 20 and works fine in that program just shows a white blank frame in AE 7.0. It does show the audio waveform and duration, but no picture. I did download DSF Mgr and set all the MainConcept encoders/decoders etc. to top priority, uninstalled all my software DVD players and AE still doesn’t want to see HDV footage. Anybody got additional ideas?
