  HDV print to video problem

  Working on some HDV material in 1080i and am having problems printing to video. Tried printing to both a M10U (I think it;s called, the Sony deck) and to an HC3. In every instance we’ve had to shut the application, and trash the preferences before it will work. Even if you’ve just done it, before you can do it again, you seem to need to trash the prefeneces again. Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or what can be done about it.
