  HDV monitoring hardware advice needed

  I have been working in DV for several years am running FCP 4.5HD and am making the transition to HDV and currently I am shooting with a new JVC GY-HD100U

  I have the FCP 5 upgrade on the way which will hopefully work with the JVC

  I am looking to figure out how to get semi accurate monitoring.

  Anyone have any hardware advice?
