HDV footage flicker

What do you mean by flicker? Do you have any more info like what frame rate you shot, how you digitized it, etc?

I didn’t shoot it myself, but from what I know, the shutter speed was low, like 30 due to the lack of light (night shoot). It was digitized with HD settings. The flickering is in the footage itself.
