  HDV clips in DVCPRO50 16×9 sequence lose 10 pounds???

  2 aspect ratio posts in one day…wow

  I have a DVCPRO50 16×9 sequence, and i am recapping some of the material at HDV, which is the way it was shot originally.

  When i drop the clips onto my DVCPRO50 16×9 sequence, they come up a little narrow ie not quite 16×9 i have to distor them approximately 10 or so.

  waht would the exact number be? and is there a way around having to resize all these clips?

  in case yu were wondering, by capturing at HDV i can re frame talking heads at cut points so i do not need to b roll over the cuts (its a tribute video with not much cover material)
