  HDV capturing in Chrome – problem

  Hi all
  After months of working on SD- and HD-projects I ran into a problem when a client came with a HDV-tape. I hooked up the camcorder (SONY HDR HC-7) via firewire but simply could not get it running. My device manager tells me the drivers are not installed. OS is Win XP SP3, so according to Microsoft the drivers should be there.
  Live capturing doesn’t work either…

  Any idea?
