  HD/SD Scan Lines for Legal Disclaimer

  Hi,

  I was wondering…

  If the legal number of scan lines for a legal disclaimer on an SD output is 22 scan lines, what is the proportional number of scan lines for an HD output? Is it about 4.5% of the full picture making it about 49 scan lines? I ask because networks seem to only specify the “22 scan lines” requirement, but I assume it’s different for HD because the print would be too small.
