    HDMI Green Input???

    I’m trying to capture using the HDMI input on an Intensity Pro card. I can hear and see the audio levels, but the video screen in both Media Express and CS3 is green. I have the latest driver 3.6.4.

    HDMI output works fine.

    Hi Larry,

    What is the source device that’s sending the HDMI?

    Does unplugging and replugging the cable help?

    Hi Kristian,

    The source is a cable tv set top box. The program that I recorded was produced locally and has no copy protection embedded in it.

    When I turn off the set top box and then turn it on, I see the video just fine, but only for about 5 seconds, then the green screen appears. The audio is still present.
