HDLink stopped working! Help!
Hi guys,
I am totally dependent on my HDLink to monitor, and in the midst of working in FCP yesterday it just seemed to stop.
I ran the software utility, which flags it as needing a firmware update, but when I run it, the software crashes with an error. The top lines of the report are:
Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS
Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILUREIs that enough for diagnosis? I’ve put in an email to the Help Desk but have not heard back.
