    Hi,
    i have just installed the NEW Macpro system with the HD Exterme decklink 3 card (latest firmware 7.2..). While playing QUICKTIME on my desktop, i tried to push my QT palyer to an external TV (composite video from DECKLINK to TV), whom is showing my extended display.
    DISPLAY SETTING: 1920 X 1080
    TV: 720 X 576 (PAL)
    It tends to bounce back to my display. Why? Tried other application is also same..pls advise..

    Hi,

    This is probably because the etxended desktop window is not an optimised display unlike that from a graphics card and some applications such as the inbuilt DVD player requires you to use the output of your graphics card.
