  HD to SD DVD Workflow Training

  Does anyone know of a comprehensive training DVD that takes you through the entire FCS workflow to create an SD DVD from HD footage using all the modules including FCP, Compressor, and DVD Studio Pro? I’m looking for something that covers all the different format possibilities as well as different menu scenarios including using still images for menu backgrounds. I’m looking for something that not only gives me a comprehensive workflow but also delves into a bit of the “why”.
