  HD settings. Am I doing this right?

  Hello, hope someone can help. This is my first attempt at an HD spot with our new Kona LHe.

  Our final product needs to be:
  :30 HD Spot
  1280 x 720p @ 59.94 fps
  Delivered via HD Digital Quicktime file.

  The camera we are using is a Sony HDCAM F900 which can shoot all the common frame rates. However we already have some existing B-roll footage that has been shot at 29.97.

  The A/V settings that I used to digitize the 29.97 footage was:
