    HD-SDI out from mac to Ki Pro

    Hi,

    First post here.

    I’m planning on buying the AJA KiPro soon trying to solve a production workflow.
    Can I feed the KiPro with a signal from a mac (HD-SDI out)?
    I need to print to drive from the mac instead of printing on tapes for broadcast workflow reasons.

    Anyone tried that?
    Will it work?

    If not, anyone knows any alternative products?

    Do you have a capture card in your mac? Then, yes.

    You can also export a ProRes Quicktime Movie and load it on the KiPro hard drive for playback.

    yeah i do have the black magic hd-sdi out card.
