HD-SDI Captures still broken (cross post)

We’re having zero issues actually editing the footage. Transitions, filters, etc… all render beautifully and I always run my Video Processing on Best Quality. Just capturing via HD-SDI is the big problem. My 1200A is out on rental for a bit so I can’t test to see if FCP 5.0.3 fixed this or not.
