HD SD Split Screen….Possible?
A client wants to be able to demonstrate HD and SD on the same screen at the same time using a split screen effect. Having never thought of this I did not want to offer and answer until I had done some research. From what I have seen this far it has either been simulated or the feeds are switched back and forth but never appearing on screen simultaneously. Thanks as always for all the great help.

…you can prepare an HD project with half screen HD and an SD version from the same video on the other half (SD rendered previously as SD)…. make your render to HD and see the results on an HD monitor ….

It sounds simple and I have never had the occasion to do it. So how does the SD portion that is rendered in HD get handled? Since there is a lack of information and it does not meet the specs for HD is there a compliance issue. Do you have any examples I can look at? Thanks for the help.
