  HD Pan and Scan to 4×3 with Lower Third on top

  Hello all.
  I’m working on an HD project that I need an SD version of.
  I’ve added a top video layer with the pan and scan effect. I have two video tracks under the pan and scan with a lower third and text. All good so far. My question is this… How can I Pan the video underneath without Panning the Lower Third? The scene looks good in 16×9 HD but when i apply the Pan and Scan to 4×3 it’s not composed as nicely as I would like, hence the reason for wanting to Pan. I’ve tried numerous variations and cannot get anything to work. Help !
