  hd output using intensity pro presets in CS5

  I know hat lots of people are having problems with black magic cards using intensity pro presets in CS5-me too!
  I only use intensity card for monitoring when editing but can’t even do that now.
  Using any HD black Magic CS5 preset leaves any monitor/tv I plug in to the output from hdmi and component output to input of monitor gives ‘signal out of range’ -same in photoshop, encore and AFX.
  PAL preset works but when I’m working with HD footage I dont really want to have to ‘scale to frame’ to widescreen DV usng a DV preset.
  Also any HD footage dropped into BM HD sequence preset plays for about 20 frames then stops dead. Turning off ‘stop on dropped frames’ just gives jerky playback with audio out of sync.
  Have spent 3-4days searcing for solutions -but no joy, just loads of threads and posts of same problem.
  Have sent 3 mails to Black Magic who haven’t bothered to reply.
  Am using 3.9.4 set of drivers but same problem with earlier verions.
  Anyone got a solution please????????????????????
