In Vegas Pro 10.0, look under the Save as type for the Sony AVC/MVC encoder you will see templates called “Internet 1280×720-30p“, “Internet 1920×1080-30p“, etc. and use them.

Re-install Vegas Pro because they get installed with Vegas by default.
