  HD cards, what is the best to buy

  I appreciate, please help , I am in chrome mining business and recently started the Video Media DVD making business, I have several computers, and you keep on buying and buying, I would like to standardize on the best equipment.

  You said I must buy a BlackMagic Decklink or AJA XENA HS card to edit HDCAM. What is the best card to buy and to standardize on for all machines and that works with Adobe the best.

  Brake up of image on the edges on fast action clips in HDV, Is my computer not fast enough? it work fantastic with DVCAM, running ADOBE Prem 1.51 and 2.5Ghz processor and 4 GIG ram, any help on this?
