  HD 1920x1080P Proress 422 LT 29.97 to Pal 25

  Hi all

  Hope l can get some simple help. I have a Prores 422 LT HD file 29.97 which l need to convert to Prores 25 frame Pal. What is the best compressor 3 or 4 setting for this to keep full quality and be used for re edited for Broadcast use.

  I also need a file in H.264 format 25 frame pal for re edit to send ( l know it will be a large file)

  I have ruff cut HD 1920x1080P video convert to Prores 422LT edited on FCP7 for re edit, the footage is need in Pal 25frames, they have ask for H.264 file Pal 25 and also Prores Pal 25 as per my edit time line, looking for best setting to use in Compressor 3 or 4 for best results, my trails have not come out so well movement (little) in the video at times
