Having Trouble Cropping
I am trying to crop a video but instead of the video cropping, only the selection is moving without the actual video frame. In other words, the video itself is not actually cropping.
How do I resolve this issue?

I find that when Premiere doesn’t do something that you know it should, time to save and reboot.
