    Hi everyone…
My client gave me the following specs. I can get everything right except the frame size, which seems to default to 1440. I spent some time with Adobe tech support where I got to watch someone who has never used Media Encoder try to figure this out. Any help is greatly appreciated, this is what I need to create:

    MXF OP1a
    XDCAM HD 25 NTSC 60i
    1920×1080

I can achieve all of this except changing the frame size to 1920×1080. Also FYI compression is not an area of expertise for me so be gentle…

    Thanks!

    XDCAM HD 25 60i doesn’t support 1920 x 1080. Your client is mistaken.

If he gives you guff, have him send you a sample clip of the frame size he needs to deliver, then open it in VLC or Switch (or Premiere) and check its Properties; then copy those into ME.

Thanks, I figured something must be up with that. And I definitely appreciate the preemptive guff strategy!
