    Have two Monitors, One started showing a full screen preview

    Can anyone tell me where in the settings I can turn this off?

    It used to be on the right monitor – workspace only
    And over on the left Monitor- finder available

    Now the left monitor is a FULL screen preview.

    Have you checked your settings in After Effects -> Preferences -> Video Preview?

    yes 2 monitors selected, then when the user resized the main workspace window the preview went away!
