  harvest editor generated metadata & pool into one resource?

  Does anyone know of a worksite where they harvest the descriptive metadata editors create while working in Premiere? What I imagine is exporting the custom descriptions along with the standard fields, timecode, durations etc. and moving it in to a central spreadsheet or database?

  I’m trying to advise an organization that wants to repurpose footage and trying to think of ways where all the descriptions and tagging need not have a cold start or restart by an an assistant after editing is done. Even if editor’s labeling is imperfect for this need, my feeling is it’s a work in progress and some descriptive metadata is better than none or better than effectively tossing out the editors labels/tags and starting from scratch.
